  • We provide environmental education programs in Shelby County Schools and for local community groups at no charge.

Recycling

For all residents living within the city of Shelbyville city limits, curbside recycling service is provided to you.  For residents living within Shelby County, but not within the city limits, curbside recycling service is available by contacting a local waste hauler that provides recycling services. All residents can use the free community bins located at various locations in the County. See the Recycling tab for locations.
