Recycle Containers for Loan

Please contact the Shelby County SWMD office to borrow the Clear Stream Recycling Containers for Plastic bottles and Aluminum cans.

 These are a great opportunity to provide recycling for various events, such as sports events, weddings, community events and more.

We will supply the containers and clear recycling bags.

Those borrowing the items are responsible:

1)      To arrange for pick up and return of the containers from our office.

You must schedule at least 2 weeks in advance – loaner items will be loaned out on a first come first serve basis with the inventory of containers.

2)      Clean the lids and racks after use.

3)      Take all recyclable bags to the Transfer Station by the Pollution Prevention Center on Michigan Road.

4)      Return the items in a timely manner.

5)      Sign a responsibility form.

Instructions for setting up the containers will be provided.
